"I was so excited to join this dentistry as I just moved to Huntington Beach and loved my previous dentist. Unfortunately, when I went to get my teeth cleaned they tried to charge me an absurd amount of money which turned out they had the insurance policy wrong/human error. Understandably, I was extremely upset because I’ve never had to pay this much money for a teeth cleaning. I decided I might try somewhere else because I was so upset with the office. They were not empathetic or remorseful for their mistake either. Months later, I still have not tried a new dentist and don’t want to fill out more paperwork so I called again today to try and set an appointment and the dentist said that “it doesn’t seem like a good fit”. I must mention they also tried to charge me for a bunch of others products and services I did not need or request. They mentioned they would not clean my teeth without. I’ve never had a dentist do this before. I hope no one else has this experience and looking for a great dentist if you have any recommendations. Thank you!"

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for years. She is caring, empathetic, and very gentle. I had Invisalign done with her and my teeth look amazing now! I’m so appreciative of her and her team. She has a cute office too! Definitely recommend."

"Smith is s scam. I was told over the phone my PPO dental insurance would cover 100% of my teeth cleaning bill. I arrive and after examination Smith leaves the room and a sales girl enters the room l to try the up-sell and pitched I need to pay an additional $500 out of my pocket for teeth cleaning. I had no cavities. I declined and walked out. Went to another dentist in Costa Mesa and received the same deep cleaning completely covered by my dental insurance with no out of pocket expense. Now you know, beware!"
