"Started good but turned out to be a bait and switch. They tell you up front what you want to hear and then every thing changes. Went from skin that I asked for to mesh and told that is what I paid for. I was not told upfront there were tiers just gave me one price and told me I was on trail period for a year and if I was unsatisfied at any time I would be refunded fully. Now that I had issues with color and the dye, they dyed it with coming out 3 different times and the hair piece coming off while swimming and them changing the glue and that did not work the hair came off while I was sleeping they (Andrew bosley rep) said the money back is only for 3 days after you sign which I did not receive first system until 5 weeks later and they want me to take product that I was told by Chad that would not work because you have to catch it early. Do not use them for the bosley extend system!"
