"i personally never lived there. but me and my friend have tried getting and apartment with this place. is there a different phone number?? i have tried calling and calling and ive gotten through to no one. once, i got through to one guy and he told me to call back the next day at a certain time. then i just got the same guy and he cussed me out and told me not to call his number again. so much for customer service! and if the number isnt right on the website it needs to be fixed!"

"Great apartments with a fantastic view of the Cumberland river. Short walk from swimming and fishing spots. Location is in a fairly quiet road, save for a few barges going by on the river. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful, and very responsive when there's an issue. Overall a fantastic place to live!"

"One of the worst apartment complex’s in Clarksville, granted the rent is cheap it comes with a lot of downsides - no washer/dryer hookups so you either have to use the laundry room they provide on the side of one of the apartment buildings or go to a laundromat - the septic bubbles out of the ground anytime it rains and causes it to smell like sewage outside - since it’s so close to the river the moisture levels are higher so you get mold in the window seals/bathrooms so there’s no telling if it’s in the ducts but I did constantly get sick while living here"
