"The maintenance men are rude used MY bleach (the whole container) to clean up mold growing on the ceiling got the bleach all over my laundry room didn’t leave a note saying that they were in my apartment only new because my bleach was gone and it was everywhere in my laundry room . Mold on my bedroom ceiling that I asked for them to fix for months and said they were short staffed which I understand but I had been telling them for months along with my bathroom light switch that electrocuted me multiple times that I kept telling them about for months and they never fixed . Horrible neighborhood at the same time due to the shootings and my car being keyed food thrown on it ( like burgers and frys and drinks ) and I don’t even know who did that because I don’t have problems with anyone that I know of . Basically over priced for how bad of a environment it is thank god I moved out ."

"I have given a 5 star rating because the office & maintenance team have been SO helpful since the day I signed my contract to now the day I paid rent for the last time. Moving to an apartment at 19 years old alone & in a new city was terrifying but this community has made me feel safe & secure within my apartment. My apartment was the perfect size and what I paid monthly to live here is BEYOND affordable. The office team has answered many many questions & the maintenance team has always come to fix things within a day or two. The location is a HUGE plus as everything is within a 5-15 minute drive. Thank you Paddock Place Team!!"

"I have been living here for about 4 months now, as a young adult living in her first apartment, it isn’t bad at all. It’s mostly quiet, clean, maintenance is pretty attentive. My apartment was clean when I moved in, window screens were replaced. I will say the stove/oven is extremely old & none of my burners will hold a pot/pan without tipping it over but one- but it does get hot super fast & it’s just me so it doesn’t bother me much. Now what I am absolutely not a fan of is the fact that they got rid of their drop box & when you pay your rent, water, sewer & trash bills online they charge you a $22 convenience fee which is ABSOLUTELY outrageous. Now with the drop box gone I feel I don’t have any other choice but to pay online due to my work schedule which isn’t fair at all. As someone who lives paycheck to paycheck that extra $22 is a lot. But other than that I have had no problems with neighbors, staff or quality of living here."
