"Well the old property manager (Christina) lasted about 2 months and now some hardly trained manager is working. Christina most likely left due to this place being so disgustingly run down. The fat laziness on the new complex manager’s part and she tries to act so busy but can’t even fully read things given to tenants, it’s very obvious and sad. The way they run these apartments I wouldn’t be surprised if every tenant moved far far away from this place. Not to mention this place is filled with ROACHES, and they lie and say that they are just from previously dirty tenants when they are clearly running through every aspect of these apartments. Ghetto and can’t wait till my lease it up so I’m not stuck dealing with her weird business tactics. Were you actually trained legitimately to do this job? Because wow anyone can be a complex manager if they hire tenants. It is a shame that they have brought her to Avondale, bring back patty!! Need someone who ACTUAL knows how to you know, work."

"These apartments are great for 1st time renters. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. The management keeps the grass cut . The kitchen applications are nasty but they aren’t new apartments. They do have a lady bug issue and stink bugs but just doing certain seasons. Overall it’s a great start for an apartment!"

"This place is in a very great location minutes from Sango. The management are awesome always take care of any problems if any arise in a very timely manner. I feel very safe here too. It's quiet at night and the neighbors are all nice. We have a nice laundry room here that's always clean. The pool is well maintained and clean they keep the grounds here very clean and maintained also. All there employees are nice and friendly and get the job done."
