"Bad experience. Roach infested, con artists. I went in to get some work done. My insurance approved the work here. And they tried to change the price on my co-payment. Even though the price was already set. On top of the over charging they tried to do, they have a cleanliness issue, and a roach infestation. They have plenty of staff members that could clean but I guess they don't feel a need to."

"Best Dentist I’ve experienced, ever! I’ve always been terrified of visiting the dentist, due to past experiences and quite honestly the simple sound of the machines gives me so much anxiety (and I’m not an anxious person), so needless to say I avoid going at all cost. It wasn’t until I chipped my tooth that I finally had no other choice and made an appointment to go see Dr. O who came highly recommended. Even with my friends' endorsement I was extremely nervous upon arrival. However, I was greeted so warmly by the staff at the front desk and that was the beginning of a grand experience (despite my broken tooth). The day I visited the office, it was very very busy. I’ve never witnessed a smoother operation than what Dr. O has at Comfort Dental. The best way I can describe it, was like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. Dr. O, the conductor, spent time with each and every patient, walked everyone personally through the next steps, continuously checked on each patient that was waiting to give them an estimated time for the next step in their specific process, it was fascinating to witness. When Dr. O went to numb me, for what we thought was going to be a root canal, I didn’t even feel a slight pinch. He was talking to me and I didn’t even realize he had already finished injecting the anesthetic. He also made sure that I was completely and totally numb before he even started to work on me… luckily I didn’t end up needing the root canal and was able to save my tooth with a crown. The entire staff had the best customer service and bedside manners that I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this office, even if you’re like me and dread going to the dentist I guarantee this will be a completely different experience."
