"I’ve been troubled by these nails every minute since I got them. I paid $168 for these including tip. These are the gelx nails and they take over an hour. The glue they use is terrible quality. My hair kept getting stuck everytime I brushed my hands through my hair (and I do it very often out of habit). I literally tried not washing my hair for longer periods to avoid the trouble. They expect you to come in and sit for another 2 hours to get them fixed which is really tough for me considering I have a family and a dog to take care of and a full time job. The nails kept ripping off everyday damaging my actual nails and cuticles and they only caused me trouble. Never again!"

"Highly recommend! They took 3 of us for last minute manicures, were gentle (important to me!) and treated the bride with extra good care. Clean & safer than others covid-wise, wiped everything down after each customer, most were masked, and the tools she had were fresh out of a sealed bag. HUGE array of color options, very pretty and fast work-- especially for 3 people who never get nails done, they had a lot of prettying up to do! Okay with us chatting together and also okay with customers totally doing their own thing. For how efficient and meticulous they were, very calm and relaxing environment. Also, WAY better priced than multiple of the competitors around. Noted multiple return customers while we were in, which was a good sign, too. Def 5 stars for me."

"Really unhappy with the service they did today. I think it was with a trainee and almost everything she did was way too rough and I was in pain the entire time. She was digging way too deep into my cuticles and then she could tell I was unhappy with the color which didn’t match at all what I picked and you could barely tell I have nail polish on. When I said something about it she just grabbed my hand and threw another coat on it which didn’t help at all and rushed us out of there. No helpful or friendly service. I will not be going back here."
