"I was sent here for a crown. My first visit went alright. I received xrays and a cleaning. I was told they would send in a claim to be approved by my insurance for my crown. Meanwhile, I’m in pain, waiting 2-3 weeks. No phone call. I wait longer. I call today, only to be told my insurance denied it because I have a claim opened somewhere else. Which insurance said is not true. I also contacted those dentist offices, not true. My insurance sees no proof of any claim ever being filed to be approved by them at all. So they lied to me over the phone. When you call, you get voice mail."
"This dentist is not good i wouldnt recommend her to anyone. The staff is rude and the whole pkace is dirty. They dropped stuff on thw floor when doing my root canal and still proceeded to use it in my mouth. Hwy never finished my root canal either!! THEY ARE VERY CARELESS"
