"I am very disappointed with the time management aspect of this business. Online it states open at 1030am. On the actual sign on the door it states that they open at 10 am. I arrived at 10 am expecting to wait 20 to 30 minutes in order to be there when they open to be first in line for services. They showed up at 1145 am . I called at 1030 I was told 30 minutes due to traffic. A few others waiting called and we were all told different times. The son seemed upset when I suggested leaving earlier because his excuse was traffic. A few other customers stated they are always late. If you have time restrictions do not come they care nothing about your time"

"Tin was AMAZING! I was a bit nervous when I arrived. The place is no frills, 4 desks (2 being used) in an otherwise fairly empty room and nothing in the display case. Booooy am I glad I went in! I had acrylic nails that needed a fill and one needed a fix. The original nails were put on VERY thick, I needed them shortened for home Reno project and thinned significantly! Tin met and exceeded all my expectations and if I had more time (stopped omw to the airport since my flight was delayed) I would have asked for a bit of nail art, the detail he put into both the acrylics and the painting was impressive!"

Tin understand to women nails and he has more than 10 years experiences. He cleaned my nails , did perfect shape & thin volume .
