"I wish I could give this “business” NEGATIVE STARS! The OWNER moved my original 11am appointment to 6AM! As I was on my way to the shop she texts me and tells me 6:30 (I’m annoyed but I wait anyway) at 7:19 she text me and says she’s “on the freeway” and that “she usually doesn’t work on her travel days! “ as if that is MY PROBLEM and she is doing ME a favor smh. Ma’am YOU booked the appointment! at this point I have booked another braider at a different shop. I asked for my $50 deposit back . I have received ZERO response. Sent pay pal, cash app and Zelle requests to ANGELA RAMBO. This is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She will take your money DO NOT PARTRONIZE this “BUSINESS” FRAUD ."

"I struggled with this review but I feel it’s necessary. TO NO FAULT OF THE STYLIST. This shop and it’s management is horrendous. The shop isn’t well maintained they sell hair but the walls are bare with very little options. The booking system is terrible. Customers are able to overbook with no guarantee of having a braider available. On some spirit airlines energy Smh. I booked 2 appointments and was told there was no braider for my second deposit paid appointment! I then watched customer after customer be turned away due to this poor timing issue. It seems a different booking app would help. But it really feels like the braiders are left to deal with unhappy customers all day!! Which is only going to foster poor work culture. There’s no response by management to the issues and complaints of the customers! This feel more like a p&h set up! The braiders don’t even get all the money paid for the work they do! It’s sad to see this happening. I ended up not getting what was asked for because they rushed through the work! I guess the only saving grace is the work was at least neat!"

"I've been to several of the speak on it beauty supplies and salon I've had impeccable service every time I'm able to gather all my products in one location when I go get my hair styled I also purchase hair from the same location and I've walked out of there feeling like a million bucks every time The owner is amazing"
