"I've had three visits here simply due to location being convenient (one star). The fill-ins from here were ok (second star), though what I most remember from those visits is how rude the ladies were. Like they were frustrated you were there using their services. Most recently, I came for a full set. And this time has ensured I will not come back. The removal of my press ons was aggressive, using the cuticle clippers to cut the gel of the nails off. No filing, no gel removal. Just savagely hacking away. You can imagine it's not very good for your nails. She glued on the tips and for the shape, I asked for round. When we reached the filing stage, she filed down to almond. When I asked to make them more round, she filed them so short that the mainicure looked as if I had no extensions to begin with. I told her these were too short and she got defensive: "You said the shape was ok." Sigh. I didn't really want my nails hacked at again to remove the work nor did I have another hour to sit in the salon, so I changed my color to something that would look ok on such short nails - all while being completely rushed by her. Even though there was no one in the shop and I had made an appointment for my friend to come after me. By the time she finished the manicure, it was one of the sloppiest manicures I have ever seen and the nail shape is all wrong - outside of being way shorter than I wanted, they look flat, with the natural curve totally filed off. All of the nails look a little different. Just poor work. For $75. I told my friend who was coming next not to come to her appointment. Will not be returning."

"Kim and her sister are fantastic. Great service and everything is sterile. I have ben going to Kim for years. She does amazing work very reasonable prices."

"Rude is the best way to explain these ladies. I hit my nail by accident and she slammed my nailpolish bottle down so hard I thought it was broken. She told me I was making her late for my next appointment even though I was kept waiting for 15 minutes after my appointment which is the only reason she was late. She does a great job but had a terrible attitude. A lady and her daughter came in to see if they could get a mani/pedi and Kim was so rude to them as well. The poor girl who was only 9 was mortified. I ams finding another place to go even though I have been going there for years along with my three daughters. Will pay more money if needed to be treated with respect and have a relaxing experience."

"I recently moved to MB and needed to find a new nail salon to go to. Kim provided excellent customer service and did an amazing job on my nails. Samantha also provided great customer service and an excellent pedicure. 100% this is my new go-to salon. You get a nice foot and leg massage with hot stones! and an arm massage! All for a great price. Thank you!!"

"The quality is spotty, sometimes they do a great job and sometimes sloppy. You will most likely need to wait half an hour or more after the appointment time to start. Also, if you schedule mani/pedi at the same time they may do it at the same time or may not, so plan for an extra hour in the shop."
