Total Care ABA Therapy in Tennessee

"I loved total care 6 months ago and now I don’t like them as much I was informed that both of kids RBTs where requested off my kids case with out notices I thought this was a good place for my kids but not so much now. The bcba all she wanted was for me to keep my kids out of school so the RBTs could do just in home service. I think if someone one is going to quit on a family there needs to be a better communication with the family then just up and quit I did everything they asked me to do to make sure the therapy area was cleaned (be mindful I have 6 boys and two are on the spectrum) it’s hard to keep the area cleaned when they are all home from school playing."

"10 out of 10 do not recommend. My child was referred to here for services in August. Intake paperwork had to be completed twice. Authorization was delayed due to them requesting psych records for a date before my child was even born. BCBA initial evaluation was virtual. Once we were finally approved for services after 3 months, we had to wait for them to hire a new RBT and get credentialed with our insurance. Then, on the first day of services, the RBT canceled without prior notice. After that, there was zero communication. The Director of Intake always seemed irritated with me after that. The second person she supposed hired never showed for her training... Definitely a pattern of excuses here -_- . Basically, we were gaslit into thinking they could provide services when they are even not staffed. They wasted our time with this nonsense for 4 months, and they wanted to continue to waste our time. By January, I went with a new provider who completed the intake process, submitted and received authorization from insurance, and called to schedule the IN-PERSON BCBA initial evaluation within 2 weeks."
