"If I could give 0 stars I would!!! very unhappy with the service and treatment received at this so called business ! They take advantage of people who don’t look like them ! They cut hair like they are not licensed and they definitely don’t have respect for customers paying them! How can someone like this even be open they should be shut down and never touch a pair a scissors again! Maybe it was the fact that her hair looked like trash and she tried to do the same to mine ! I didn’t notice until I straightened it how uneven she left it and how bad it really looked ! What’s the point of getting my money back if you have humiliated me and I can’t put my hair back ! This happened to my mom but seeing my mom cry and upset aggravated me . Just know you will be hearing from attorneys because this is personal and caused her emotional distress ! Also the comments are about one specific person that knows more than the other slobs who work there !"
