"It is difficult to find a dentist's office that is trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, and gentle, especially one where the dentist truly cares about your long-term dental health rather than just making a quick buck. I initially had my consultation with Dr. Gary about a year ago, and I could tell that he is a practitioner who cares about his patients by the way he listened to all of my concerns and addressed them carefully in a manner I could understand. Over the course of the year, Dr. Emerald has been my unofficial primary dentist, as she has been the one performing all the dental procedures and overseeing my dental health. Dr. Emerald and her assistants have been amazing throughout all of my visits. During each visit, she carefully explains what types of work need to be completed and why, and she explains what she is doing throughout the procedures. As a patient, I really appreciate the amount of care and detail that she puts in to make me feel safe and comfortable. Lastly, I've been interfacing with Hailey, who primarily helps me handle all of the insurance and scheduling appointments. She is amazing, as she provides great customer service, has excellent communication skills, and always has a friendly demeanor. "I had an excellent experience at the Brushwell office thanks to Dr. Emerald Khoo. I was uninsured for a few years, then the pandemic happened, which led to several years of neglecting my teeth. Dr. Khoo did an amazing job with restoring my teeth, which included changing my old silver fillings to composite fillings that look much more natural, redoing my fillings that had fallen out years ago (done carelessly by another dental office), deep cleaning my teeth multiple times, and detecting a new cavity which she promptly took care of before it got worse. Dr. Khoo is not only detailed in her work, but she is very personable and always turns ‘going to the dentist’ from a chore into an enjoyable experience. My oral health is finally at a point that makes me happy and more confident. Thank you to everyone, including the assistants and receptionist, who make me feel like family whenever I’m at the office!"

"Gary did a very thorough job when I came in for a routine cleaning. My entire life, cleanings were always very painful and my gums always bled. After going to a handful of different dentists, I was never told how that is an issue, I assumed it was genetic. Gary told me that gums that bleed is actually the first stage of gingivitis. Personally, I was in disbelief. He shared with me some at home care techniques to reverse this and hopefully it improves. I would recommend going to brushwell for your dental needs, Gary is patient and provides sound judgement on better ways to take care of your teeth."
