"I took my son for an extraction. The doctor was very nice and professional however the staff was a little rude and wouldn’t let me go back with my 10 y/o. She told me they would call me if they needed me and I said no I would like to go back with him. Once we were in the room she tried to kick me out again and I told her no that I was going to speak with the doctor about staying. The doctor came in and he did ask me to step out and I explain to him my son was a little nervous and he felt better if I stayed. So he told me I could wait outside of the room. I wasn’t very happy but I stood by the door. I never had this issue with the old staff and I was very disappointed that they weren’t going to let me stay I guess it’s a new owner rule. I don’t think I will be going back to this place if they are not going to let the parents go in with the child"

"I went in for a deep cleaning. I’ve have deep cleanings before. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years with my 3 kids. It has new owners and new dentists. She was so rough and rude I felt like she was ripping off my gums. I left so swollen and bleeding. Never returning again!"
