"I’ve never had such a terrible nail experience until coming to Ispa Lane. My girlfriend and I (both 17) decided to get our nails done and found this nail place on Montana. After being seated and having my nails done I had no complaints (besides how aggressive my nail tech was being on my hands). Right as she was about to do my polish she pauses and starts aggressively asking me for money. She tells me to pay right now and I was shocked because her dimeter changed so fast. I was so confused on why she was asking for money right then but the bigger issue was how condescending and aggressive she was being. I turn to my girlfriend and she tells her that she’s paying for both of us after. She then calms down and continues doing my nails. I was silent for a moment but decided to speak up and ask her if she thought I was gonna walk out. She told me yes but then later said that they ask everyone that. I looked around the room and not once did I hear them ask so aggressively for money upfront. The nail tech doing my girlfriends nails seemed so embarrassed by her co-worker. I couldn’t believe how she was so rude and then went back like nothing happened. I told her that was terrible costumer service and just because of my age does not mean you can talk to me like that. I’ve never gone out of my way to write a review but after that experience I felt the need to. Seriously should invest money in costumer service training. I’ve been to many salons and have never had an experience like that."
