"RUN! I came in and got gel X nails done by LYN , Lyn did my nails and 4 nails were off within 2days. I returned and told her the nails were coming off and that I needed them totally redone . I expressed that if she only re did the removed the nails , if the other nails came off she’d have to redo the whole thing which would end up being more work. It was no suprise that all the nails came off extremely easy. She redid the whole thing using the cheapest nail polish. The nail polish kept getting dirty within seconds and wouldn’t be cleaned with even acetone. I returned to explain the problem but Lyn wasn’t around. The manager scheduled an appointment promising it’d be fixed. When I returned, Lyn took zero accountability and wouldn’t want to fix or remove the nails. She kept blaming me and saying the nails getting permanently dirty so easily is normal. They made me wait over an hour, ignored me and kept insulting me in their language. Infact, Lyn went to the back to read a book and the manager was extremely negligent to the situation stating she couldn’t do anything bout it that I should talk to LYN. When Lyn finally agreed to remove them she kept blaming me for the terrible nails getting dirty easily. When i expressed it wasn’t my fault, she went to the back to insult me, ignore me for roughly 30mins leaving my nails half filed. I would NEVER return. The disrespect and lack of accountability is too substantial."

"Would not recommend for anything more than a basic manicure or pedicure. Just left with having my skin filed off and nails completely brittle after a gel manicure. Looks like my manicure has already grown out a week even though my manicure was an hour ago."

"I'm really happy I gave this salon a try! I wasn't satisfied at my previous place and was looking for a new one. Well I found it! I went as a walk in with my friend for a pedicure. We went about 4:30 pm and got right in. The shop is clean and everyone was so friendly! I also thought it was neat all the nail technicians wore the same overcoat with the salons logo on it. They have "menu" of different types of pedicures as well as manicure/pedicures on the opposite side. I got the deluxe and added the paraffin wax treatment. I did not have a hard time finding a parking spot at 4:30, but by the time I was done with my nails and errands in the area it was about 7:45 and the lot started to get pretty congested. Otherwise, no issues with parking."

"A woman with short hair did my manicure today. She cut my cuticle and I was bleeding. Instead of cleaning it and proceeding, she simply painted around the blood and did not apologize or acknowledge it. I showed the woman at the desk and she did not do anything either."

"The manicurist do a decent job. I've had my nails done three times with three different people and they've all done a good job. It's not perfect but better than other places. My nails have grown since I've started getting my nails done here. Color stays on nails dont break anymore. They are nice people and efficient. Price for manicure is decent too. They have a lot of pretty colors. Combos are pricey and not worth it. I will definitely continue to get my nails done here but will not get any of the combos. Color on nails is OPI 4.
