"The nails are great and the lash artist Lynn is excellent! My one star is for the lash artist Ty. She cannot do lashes well. I came in to get my lashes done by Lynn but she was not there and I had to do them before a trip for a wedding. I got them done by Ty on a Wednesday and by the following Monday most of them were gone. I started calling on Wednesday trying to get ahold of Ty and finally had to come in to speak with her in person on Friday because I couldn’t get a hold of her. She said I waited 11 days - idk how Wednesday to Friday is 11 days but - she told me she only gives refunds within 3 days and she will do fills at 1 week. I’ve never heard of such a policy since lashes should last at least 2 weeks. Every artist I have worked with will refund lashes if they all fall off within 1 week and do half fills at 2. Standard. Her retention is BAD. Needless to say she did not want to give me even half of my money back which I would’ve been ok with. Oh, and the way she placed my lashes was terrible, no blending the lengths (I had to trim the ends with my brow scissors to blend them) and not volume, which is what I paid for. I was ok with them after trimming but the way this ended really left a sour taste in my mouth for her work."

"I asked for an early appointment the day before in person for a man’s haircut .My appt was at 9am the next day. So, I verbally confirmed the appt, and the barber wrote it in a notebook. I arrived @ 8:50am the next day. A lady was just opening the store. While I was waiting, a gentleman showed a few minutes later. The barber showed late @ 9:12am. And he told me that the other customer was first. I told him that my appt was @ 9am. A lady checked the book, and said, no, your appointment is @9:15am. I saw when the barber wrote my name on the book at 9, the day before. So, I left extremely upset, because I needed the 9am appt."

"I came in with a broken dip like wayyy too far down my nailbed that was super painful, and Tina fixed me up with new, beautifully done dips and all with zero pain! She was very gentle and sweet and my nails look great. Also one of the employee’s daughters was there and is the most adorable little girl - she kept me company, great conversation! :)"
