"Absolutely will not be going back here and do not recommend this shop to anyone . If I could give 0 stars I would. everytime I went there when checking out there is a lady who shoves their Venmo info in your face and keeps pressuring you saying “tip tip” !, where you’ll then need to do a separate transaction to tip your technician. The service is sub-par and my nails were thick and crooked and hurt when they were filing. Last straw was when I went in for nail removal and The technician was not listening to me when I said I’m in pain, he cut too deep and my anxiety was through the roof. The manager and another tech had to talk him through what to do and how i was in distress. I kept pulling my hand back because it hurt only for him to roll his eyes and sigh because he wanted to just finish in a hurry clearly he thought I was being dramatic and was annoyed. Much much better places to go than here."

"$50 for a gel manicure, i only got clear gel with minimal chrome polish designs. it took the lady 1.5 hours, and you can see in my photo that the swirl designs were not neat at all. the star was done by a different technician because the original tech i got was not able to do them after several attempts. the second technician that came in to do them was clearly very skilled and worked fast, which is the only reason this is getting a two star review. otherwise i would have given one star. my original tech kept asking me if each nail looked okay, and at first i was telling her what the mistakes she needed to fix were (the mistake being that the nails looked sloppy) but i honestly just felt worn down from being there so long that i gave up on telling her she was doing it wrong and ended up with this set that my boyfriend thought i did myself bc it was so poorly executed."

"My nails peeled off the next day. I got them done at 6:30pm Saturday and Sunday morning I woke up with nail polish all over my hands. I went back and they redid my nails. They said it was to much glitter but I get my nails glittery all the time and It has never happened. Even when he was redoing my nails he had to switch out the products. My nails were cut at different lengths A few days later it happened again they peeled. I didn’t go back because both times he was dremeling my skin vs the nail and the last time when I went to get them fixed he kept digging his nails into my hand. My nails usually last 1 month 1/2 at Sugar Nails at Del Amo Mall. I wanted to try a new place bc it’s walking distance from my apartment. I paid the same amount of money but got lower quality service. They don’t even switch out the tools they use on you. At sugar nails each of the tools are unwrapped in front of you and they don’t use the same items they used on the other clients. Also the client before me the nail tech messed up her nails too and another nail tech had to redo them! Overall my nails lasted a few days and I waisted $45 and we had tipped $10"

"I’ve never had a nail salon hustle the way they do here. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was in and out in 50 minutes. It wasn’t the best manicure I have gotten but it was what I was looking for in a hurry and at a great price. I love this place for what it is and will be a returning customer! They are attentive and value their customers."

"They are less expensive, but you pay what you get. Inside of salon doesn’t look as nice and massage chairs are worn out. However staff are super nice and friendly. The young gentleman that did my nails did the best nail shape I’ve ever had. He made my hands look alluring and beautiful. Will definitely be going back to him for nails again!"
