"Rude GHETTO and completely unprofessional. I booked with "Doni" and she canceled on me 10min before the appointment. I booked via StyleSeat and asked her to cancel on her end so I wouldn't be charged. She's refusing! I called the salon and asked to speak with a manager or someone who could do it instead. The owner didn't even apologize and made excuses for the poor customer service. They said there was nothing they could do because she's an independent contractor. NONE of them either bothered to apologize or fix it in some way. They acted like *I* was there employee or as if I'd done something to them by simply trying to get the service I booked for well in advance. Come here if you want to get scammed by GHETTO TRASH."
