"What a way to attract new patients! My sister and her husband have been patients of Dr. Jhonson’s practice for many years. My sister referred my daughter and I as new patients here, and she said wonders about Dr. Johnson and his staff, it's also conveniently located near our home. These next words are my sister's experience, I hope it will help others. "It's sad how things worked out for us. After Sally retired, the rest of the staff are making many patients like us leave this office by being rude and unfriendly. During our last visit our hygienist was 30 mins late, I asked to be reschedule and instead of an apology the lady in the front desk told me “any other office you go will make you wait,” which is not true. After her comment, she asked me to calm down and breathe when I was not even showing any kind of exasperation. We reached out to Dr’s Johnson directly since the lady was impatient and hard to deal with. We thought this would be a one-time thing, but unfortunately, it was not. The same month, I called the office to request an explanation on the bill mailed to us. I was explaining to the billing person my situation, and out of nowhere, she started raising her voice at me and cut me off asking “what’s her name?” I tried again to explain the situation, and again, she yelled at me “what’s her name?" Even though I was calmly talking to her, and explained I have multiple kids, and multiple appointments,  she tells me I am rude and talking on behalf of her entire office she stated they’ve always had a hard time dealing with me. I called, emailed and texted Dr Jhonson to fix this situation but when he did got back to me it was just to tell me that as soon as we find a new dentist they will transfer our files to them. I guess the billing lady was right, and we weren’t welcome after all." We provided an opportunity to Dr Johnson to fix our complaint and if this office let go 8 patients (our entire family) I’m sure they will do the same thing to you if do not put up with the staff mean and rude attitude. Don't get fooled into thinking provides are doing you a favor, they bill the insurance and some services are out of pocket, so, consider how valuable your money is and think of you are truly willing to endure abuse by someone you are paying for services. Shame, this people has no notion of proper patient care!"

"Love this Dentist, the office, and the team. Our family is so lucky to have found him. Does not do unnecessary stuff, and he and the team are gentle and respectful. Can not recommend enough."

"The front desk staff are truly amazing and very kind and the dental staff were great as well. But the last time I was there to have a filling redone, not only did the filling leave me with daily sensitivity and it was extremely poorly done, but visually, I have white lines under the surface and the tooth is misshapen. While doing the filing on my top tooth, he randomly said in the middle of the procedure he was going to adjust my lower tooth AND WITHOUT ANY CONSENT he tells me he's going to "adjust" something and GRINDS DOWN MY LOWER TOOTH. Guys, it's bad. He literally took the side of my tooth off. It's extremely noticable when I talk, you can even see where he grinded the tooth off in the mirror like a scar on the tooth. My new dentist said he might have been trying to help my bite (which is now so messed up from a prior upper filling they did it needs to be corrected, btw) but he "overcorrected" and my new dentist did a 3d model of my mouth where you could SEE him shaving my tooth off did not help my messed up bite in any way. And to re emphasize he DID NOT ASK ME. He just DID IT while he was already working in my mouth. I couldn't have protested or stopped him if I wanted to, he gave me NO OPPORTUNITY. HE JUST DID IT. This man with NO CONSENT AND NO PRIOR HEADS UP PERMANENTLY affected the look of my tooth. Also my top tooth filling has now cracked from using my mouth guard which they assured me would be fine. Everything they did to my mouth made it worse. Literally every single thing. Unless I pay for and maintain a filling on my lower tooth, I will forever have to look at my tooth and see what this man did to me. My mouth looks worse, feels worse from their work, and what they have done has possibly shortened the lifespan of my tooth and caused me to need further work. For someone who already had dental anxiety, I feel violated, I already had a fear of the dentist but now it's an unbearable phobia. I was almost crying in the car before going in to the new dentist bc I was so anxious. A great staff can't make up for a dentist who doesn't care about the work he does and about your teeth. I'm shocked and hurt"
