"Can I give no starts at all ? I scheduled an appointment for four people to celebrate my birthday early today, and we all arrived promptly. Unfortunately, despite our punctuality, the service fell short of expectations. One member of our group had to wait 25 minutes for their turn, and to my dismay, there was no available manicurist for my appointment. After enduring 45 minutes of waiting, we were informed that my nails couldn't be done as the establishment was closing at 7 PM. This experience left me feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected, as it showed a clear disregard for our time. To make matters worse, it was my birthday, and I had been looking forward to a self-care girls' date to celebrate, making the experience even more disheartening."

"Prices went up. $5 on every service! Verni does a good job for gel mani and pedi but $5 I don't think is justified. We're paying for the whole experience and the nail techs do lack some customer service skills in communicating to customers what they want us to do with our hands or feet ex: pushing our hands into the heat lamp, motioning to us what they want is a little lack of communicating and can be rude to others. The nice gentleman at the front is easy to communicate with and professional:) He makes it easy to schedule appointments."

"My mother and I were the last customers of the evening and while my mom was getting her manicure done, the nail technician answered a personal phone call while also working on my mother’s hands. This conversation lasted over 15 minutes and even beyond her finishing my mother’s manicure. That was very disrespectful to have taken a personal phone call while working with a client who is paying for your time and service, and that should be prioritized, respecting other adult human beings."

"Surprised this place has no reviews. They are pretty busy. I loved the fact they do builder gel because I'm allergic to acrylic and she took her time. They take care of you. Got the baby's nails done she loves them. No complaints see pictures Update: I'm a little bummed they wouldn't service my best friend because she's allergic to latex the were very unprofessional about it... I have to make this a 4 star rating. Removing the gloves to keep a customer is ideal but they seemed to not care about the business loss or the fact that her health was involved. Update 2022: I have tried to go here many times after a few years and they just act like they don’t want to do nails. I can never get seen. My sister goes when she visits california and has no problem I love their color selection and the work they do but they weird in there"
