Our lead dentist obtained their Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines in 1996 and has since been dedicated to providing top-notch dental care to the community. We believe in minimally invasive dentistry and continuously strive to enhance our skills and knowledge through attending dental seminars and workshops.

"I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to share my experience with this practice to warn others. My husband had an appointment to have his teeth deep cleaned. Upon arrival, office staff mentions he also needed a filling and we would need to make an appointment…first red flag because during our initial visit nothing of a cavity was communicated to us or him needing a filling in the future. But ok, 80 extra let’s do it. Was charged for the full deep cleaning of his mouth, then told to come back and pay for the filling when they were done with the deep cleaning. Left for about 1.5hrs and walked around the mall with my toddler. Got a call that they were done with his deep cleaning and they were ready to start his filling, but I had to come pay for it first. So went back to the office and paid. Decided to stay in the office and wait another 30 -40 mins to get his filling done. 40 mins later my husband and the hygienist come out. She provides me with gauze for his mouth and instructions on care for the deep cleaning, then proceeds to tell me we will need to schedule him to come back for the filling. Office staff looks at the hygienist and states “she already paid”…the confusion. The hygienist says “ok then we’ll do it today.” Like you were going to make me us book another appointment but since I paid and it wasn’t properly communicated you can all of a sudden do the filling? Second red flag. Now I have to wait another 30 mins for the filling to be done. Upon completion, I am told there was a more serious cavity that needed filling so a different one was done (which ended up costing less than the 80 I originally paid for it). Told I was due a refund of $48.80. But Mike, the person in charge of billing and refunds, wasn’t there today, so I was told to expect a call the next day. Never got a call. This happened Thursday Jun 29. So I waited over the holiday weekend and called the office on Wednesday morning, Mike still wasn’t there. It would be nice if they had more that one person who could issue refunds and deal with billing issues, or at least someone to cover in his absence. Long story short I get a call on Friday July 7th, after making an office visit on my lunch break. My last red flag is the office/billing Manager, Mike. I was met with I don’t knows..this is my first time hearing about this, tell me your side so I can help you out…Sir, it is of no importance to me what you don’t know, talk to your team and figure it out before calling the patient because it’s been a week. Do your due diligence and communicate with your team before speaking with the patient. So I explain the situation and I’m met with “it’s only $48 dollars it’s not like it’s $4000.” The amount of the refund is inconsequential, it’s the fact that I’m owed a refund and it’s taken over a week to get a phone call and when I finally do get a call it’s unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. The actual dental cleaning and filling procedure was good. My husbands teeth looked and he said felt clean, however the staff over there is unorganized, unprofessional and not trustworthy. They lack communicating with their own team as well as to their patients. They do not respect your time or your money. Anyways, on my way to pick up a check for my whopping $48.80, one week later. Also spoke with Mike and requested a copy of my dental records on Jul 8th, so let’s see how long that takes to get resolved. Thanks iSmile."
"Make sure you shop around. I decided to visit this office after reading the high reviews. (Keep in mind that I’ve visited another office BEFORE visiting this office. So I know the ball park amount that I’d pay for the work on my teeth.) After my X-rays, the office quoted me four-times more the cost of other offices! I found a new office. And guess what y’all? Just guess. It's the same amount of work, MUCH less and more trust gained from a new customer. It’s a hassle, I know, looking for a new dentist office. However, you will save so much money if you just be patient enough to shop around. Trust me. Your future self, and oral health, will thank you in the future."
"I found my forever dentist home. Dr. Faye and her staff are truly amazing. They are all kind and patient professionals. I also really love that this office has all the new technology. Trust me when I say how important this is. I had to learn the hard way that technology makes a big difference in dental diagnosis and care. The other thing that makes a big difference is Dr. Faye has other dentists on staff (who are just as amazing as Dr. Faye). This is important because it gives two professional eyes on your dental situation. Covid wise, this office also is very very safe. Give Dr. Faye a try, you wont be disappointed!"
"Been a part of Dr Faye's extended family for 5+ years. Outstanding service. First impression is everything... Clean office and greeted with friendly office staff. Never waiting more than a few minutes. Dr. Faye is so nice with great bedside manner. She always makes you feel important. She always takes the time to speak with me to make sure I understand the dental plan & everything that's happening. She and her staff is very knowledgeable and well versed on latest technology in the industry. Me and my 3 daughters come here and are ALWAYS pleased. "Dr Faye is by far the best dentist I ever had and I am so glad to have met her. My first visit with her she gave an overall x-ray and detected some underlying problems/infection before it even surfaces. She is very detailed-oriented, trustworthy and genuinely cares about her patients. The facility is clean and organized. The staff are so attentive, caring and welcoming. They have very impressive technology as well. I have already sent couple of my friends to her and they came back really happy with iSmile service. I would definitely recommend them more to others."
