"Dr.'s are great BUT...The wait we have to endure at EVERY VISIT is brutal. Daughter had a 2:30 appt and it's 3:36 and she hasn't been seen or touched. Each visit is at least an hour wait...terrible."

"Me and my family have come here forever. The service has always been nice and we feel everyone in the office is competent. From children's braces to adult implants, they have been in our mouths for 30 years. My only complaint is the office temperature! I bring a light jacket every time. ;) Love you guys. Thanks."

"Disgusting attitude. I sent a request for an appointment for myself and my son. They kept asking for information from me which was insurance specific and I had no access to - apparently name of insurance and policy number is not sufficient. I called my insurance back to verify this with them and they said that the dental office has to call them to verify the other information as it’s not relevant for me and they shouldn’t ask it from me. I called back and asked to speak to the office manager who was just as unhelpful and telling me things like “your insurance can’t dictate how we operate”. Seems like they are too lazy to pick up the phone and verify whatever additional information they need and leave it with their customers to do their paperwork. Definitely dodged a bullet and definitely would not be working with them. If their attitude is like that I can only guess the quality of service."

"Very disappointed with my last visit here. I had an appointment for a teeth cleaning for months. Upon arrival, I was seen quickly but they only completed half of the teeth cleaning procedure. When they finished, I asked is that it? Because they didn’t even polish my teeth. She let me know when I was all done that they do not have any polish due to supply chain issues. They did not even communicate this to me until AFTER they were done. I would have opted to wait or go somewhere else. I haven’t had my teeth professionally cleaned in years and waited months for this appointment only to not have the job done properly! Now I have to wait another year before I can even get my teeth cleaned again because of insurance. I will not be coming back here due to the lack of communication and poor practices."

"As much as one could possibly enjoy going to the dentist, I always have a pleasant experience when I’m there. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I must commend the hygienist that always does my cleanings. She is a gem! She has got to be the happiest most friendly human I’ve ever met! She even gives positive feedback on my brushing/flossing which makes me feel great, and who couldn’t use a little positivity right now in their life. She is such a genuine person and I hope you tell her that often because decency is hard to come by these days. I look forward to seeing her again in 6 months for my next cleaning!"
