"So this my second time going to this location which is convenient to where i live. That's a plus. The first time i went as a walk in i assumed the older nail tech had an attitude due to that so this time around o called early and made an appointment. However when i arrived i might as well had walked in. I was greeted with the same attitude from the same person. Now the first visit the older gentleman couldn't do any designs and so the younger one did my manicure. Today the younger guy was fully busy so i continue forth with the older one. Again his attitude was not pleasant he kept snatching, pushing, pulling my feet and hands rudely to the point i had to make him aware of his attitude when he threw the pillow down on my lap. He attempted to affirmation it a bit but was still there. Anywho i cont on Bensimon it's now an hr later from my appointment time and really boisterous to go. So i asked for a feel manicure French to work black base.. during the process few fingers had to be redone and within less time of getting them done one is already split... sigh.. not a bad place but for the attitude my nails should at least last a day. The young guy who did my first gel set did then so well they lasted my whole vacation and then some. I suggest waiting for him if you must wait."

"I went in for a Pedi. I would give it a 5 but because of this employe she decided to have an attitude about all me refusing getting my nails done with a machine filer that has been thinning out my nails and breaking them. She doesn’t understand customer service she wanted to just get back to being on her phone. If she she wanted to do better she learn customers and get her money. Don’t get your feet done by her."

"I went to this location on 03/05 for a full set. I called ahead for a walk-in and was told to come around 1pm. I arrive and they are still with some customers which is no big deal. I'm not sure who did my nails but it was a young man and he began to size me without pushing my cuticles back or filing my nails. The man finished very quickly but the nails were horrible. They were pointing upwards and very thin. Later that day both my thumbs were hurting and I thought the man must have been rough while he was filing them. I absolutely hated the set and decided to go to an independent nail tech. To my surprise this nail salon uses MMA. MMA is illegal in California because it can harm your skin and respiratory. We spent 2.5 hours just trying to remove the acrylic. During the process, our skin was itchy because of the product. Please do not come here if you care about your health. There are plenty of independent nail techs that value your health and charge at a reasonable price."

"These photos are the reason I go to TNS... The photos below are from another place, same day fresh nails were horrible, I broke my nail in two days and they were lumpy and polished over dust. TNS isn't perfect if you allow them, but the work is simple to be perfected here if you just ask and make sure you get what you want as they work. Great canvas for beautiful designs here. I'll post my nails next time I get them done here. Five stars of the can do better without having to be told proper nail care. 4 stars for how much they care... To do as close to perfect... Not 5 stars."

"This place is AMAZING!!! They do a great job! I always get compliments on my nails!! This place is well clean and maintained, they sterilize all their tools. But I do suggest that you make the appointment, since it only couple of them that do nails, it can take a bit of time, but it well Worth it. The picture is some of the nails that they have done."
