Love Nails

"Walked in to get a full set of nail for both my daughter and I. They blew me off and took a walk in after I had been waiting 30 minutes (my daughter already in the chair). I also watched one of the nail ladies walk out of the bathroom, pick her nose and not wash her hands before sitting down to do nails on a customer. We will never be back!"

No thank you. Do your research and go to a trusted trained professional!"

"Customer service is not their priority here. I wanted my nails done short, square shaped, and the manicurist told me no they’re going to be too short. I reminded her these were my* nails not hers, I prefer them short and to cut them and file them to the customers liking, not her own. She got so upset with me, she did such a poor job on purpose*, all nails are uneven and misshaped, so I asked for the nail filer myself and filed my nails to the short length that I had been asking for from the beginning. I told her not to cut my cuticles and she got upset with me for that. Saying the color wouldn’t stick to my nails, when I have been getting my nails done for a good 2 decades now without cutting the cuticles and the color sticks to my nails just fine, a personal preference because my skin usually breaks around the cuticle sites and I bleed. She kept pushing for dip, and I kept reminding her no, I like gel, I wanted gel, she got upset with me for that. Her responses were “fine, fine, not going to look good” shaking her head at me, and then she would speak her native language. I just want to say everyone is different and has different preferences, likes, and dislikes for their own well-being, at this facility they want things their way, and any other way is not supportive."
