"Four of us had mani/pedis -- three of them were perfect. The fourth person had a problem with hers (perhaps a layer of glitter put on before the previous layer of polish dried?) However, the mistake is not what's important. What's important is how the salon responded the next day when she called to tell them about the problem. They gave her an appointment immediately (on a busy Saturday), took all the polish off, and upgraded her to a higher-priced package (obviously, at no charge). Well go back. They have earned our business."
