"First of all it’s very hard for me to do this review because I don’t normally do reviews but in this case I feel like I should hopefully the business will read this and hopefully learn from my bad experience. I went in to get highlights as I usually do never had a problem with Sylvia she’s my go to girl she always knew what I wanted and how I wanted my hair. But for some strange reason this time that I went in I felt like she wasn’t sure what I wanted she did the highlights then she put me under the dryer and left me there and she disappeared when I seen that she left I asked the lady there where is Sylvia ? and she told me oh not to worry she went to go and pick her child up from school she’ll be right back so I continue to wait under the dryer then Sylvia came back she washed my hair she blow dried it and something was wrong it didn’t seem right but I just went with it then when it was time to pay I had to pay almost double the price that Ive paid before. . I asked her why was it so much more and all she could say was because she did something different when she did the highlights which I never asked for that so I was very very disappointed I left unhappy. I feel like if they do something different to your hair that you’re not asking for they should tell you and let you know that it will be an extra cost so you can decide yes or no .I went home the next day I washed my hair and my hair was totally damaged it was basically fried she totally left me under the dryer for way too long the bleach just damaged my hair lesson learned I will not be going back again unfortunately ."
