"I urge anyone needing any type of beauty product to go to Prima Beauty Supply. I had called several local places looking for a product and when I called Prima the gentleman was kind and didn't have it but told me he would get it...he called me later that day and said he had it for me. When I picked it up, I accidentally ruined one of the two items as it would not open properly and I told him I would only take the one. He respectfully took care of me and did not argue or make me feel awkward. He went beyond good customer service in my opinion. They have a lot in stock but what they don't have, they go the extra mile to get it for you."
