"In the past I tried booking an appointment at western dental in Compton and was disappointed with their customer service/ rudeness I decided to give western dental Long Beach (4516 Atlantic) a chance and was disappointed again. I first made a call to their call center. To my surprise the person barely spoke English (maybe they forward their calls to another country). The person gave me an appointment for the following day at 1pm. I receive a call from western dental Long Beach that they can’t see me at 1pm because they are going to lunch at that time. Why would you book me at a time you don’t work? I have to move stuff around to make it and then last minute change is not okay. You have to talk to the person who books appointments and get everyone on board so future clients don’t experience such an inconvenience. Furthermore they asked me to arrive earlier. I arrive at approximately 11am. There seems to be a huge group of people waiting. Since I am accommodating western dental by showing up early I would assume they would have me checked soon. Unfortunately they told me I would be last and was told I have to put my card on file for a copay that “medical” requires. I have never paid a copay for straight medical. Let alone had a requirement to leave a form of payment. Western dental also advertises “free whitening pen” however, every single person I spoke to in western dental says they don’t have any or they won’t honor it. Why advertise something you won’t honor? That is called false advertising and you open yourself to litigation Before telling the receptionist to cancel my “appointment” and leave disappointed. I noticed the entire western dental team just talking and watching videos on social media while they have a bunch of patients waiting. TLDR: don’t respect appointments, bad customer service, unusualy copay, false advertising, and lazy staff"

Happy she plays under the sea for her, gave her a bracelet, a squishy, a toothbrush, and some kind a little toy in a box. She took care of her teeth. She made sure there was nothing else going on. She assured me that everything was looking great and we were in and out today was a successful day and happy day for my five year old"
