"Last week, I went to Dr. Thu Tran's dental clinic for a check-up. After taking X-ray images of my teeth, Dr. Thu explained in detail about the condition of my oral health and the treatment plan. The dentist informed me which teeth needed fillings and provided clear instructions on how to care for my teeth after the fillings. During the filling process, the dentist worked very meticulously and gently, and I didn't feel any pain at all. After the fillings were done, my teeth felt evenly aligned and very comfortable. The plaques on the inner surfaces of my teeth were also thoroughly cleaned. Dr. Tran is a meticulous and skilled professional, as well as friendly. Throughout the dental procedure, she always engaged in conversation to ensure I understood what she was doing and how to take good care of my teeth to prevent future issues. The service style of the Heart Dental staffs was also very enthusiastic and attentive. The cost of dental work was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results of my dental work and will recommend it to others."

"I can’t recommend coming to see Dr. Tran enough. I first came to see her because of pain in my tooth from years of neglect and I knew it was time to take care of my teeth. She has a very gentle touch and is understanding of any patient anxiety around seeing a dentist. She checks in with patients to make sure they are comfortable and are in no pain and takes the time to explain the dental procedures and answer whatever questions you may have. I’ve returned multiple times since my first visit for cleanings and other work that had to be done in order to take care of my teeth in the long run. I have a basic delta dental insurance plan and was able to find her using the delta dental portal."

"The reviews below are true. I have worked in the dental field for over 14 years. I am very particular about all dentist. My experience requires the need of a great dentist. I was a new patient here at this location. Arianna, Nicole, and the amazing Dr. Tran, the best team you can have when nervous of dental treatment. I would like to include, the honesty and thoroughness from the time you walk in to the time that you leave. Dr. Tran was able to see me as a walk in and same day treatment. I will forever rave about this dentist. She has a gentle touch, very knowledgable of all questions, and made the fear of getting dental work so relaxing. I am actually excited to see them again in 6 months. I will refer so many patients to this location. Arianna: Greets and ensures all paperwork in a timely matter. Insurances were checked prior. Treatment planning was simplified and easy to understand. No hidden fees unlike some of the other offices in the area. This office may be small but the work ethics create great customer service. Nicole: Back office Assistant: Let's say her infection control was used properly. Very clean, opens the packages in front. She was really fast with a full mouth xray and panoramic image. I did not drown during my treatment. Very attentive, the room set up was complete (she was by the patient at all times during treatment and not running back and forth. Dr. Tran: This individual is by far going to go very far with dental. Everyone needs to meet and get treated by this amazing Doctor! Can we say one on one and very interpersonal with the patient. She has a soft touch while drilling. The thoroughness of the cleanings, removing cavities, and updating me with what is going on brought so much comfort. I was relaxed although I hate needles. I DID NOT FEEL IT. Dr. Tran's business name speaks for itself. Dr. Tran was knowledgable of the whole office as well. She can do the front, back, and insurance. She will ask if you are okay. The timing of completing dental work was exceptional. Heart Dental may be small but the Heart of the service and treatment was like being around family. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES! I WILL BRING MORE PATIENTS YOUR WAY!!!!!!!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS! This is by far one of the best upcoming dental offices. I have found a new place."

"Normally i dont write reviews about a dental places but i feel like this place deserves it. Dr. Tran is very kind, nice, and genuine explaining to me about the Invisalign procedure unlike many places i went to for consultation. She looks very young but with full of experience according to my understanding and making you feel very comfortable but not rushing to making an appointment to get it done. Most importantly i like the place is nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and also very nice. Definitely coming back to get my teeth cleaning or any other dental needs in the future."

"Dr.Trans is very knowledgeable about my current dental conditions. She was able to accommodate me even though I am between dentist. I appreciate her for that. What I like most is that the office is very neat and Hi-Tech. I wish the hedges weren't so big so the office is easier to find."
