"This is my new home. Super friendly, kind and supportive of having a jokingly nature. But the work is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, and have the ability for making you feel comfortable…more, at ease."
"Literally my best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. They only charged me a fraction of the price that my old dentist charged, plus they gave me free dental x-rays. I got my x-rays and 6 cavities all done same day. Highly recommend."
"Dr Pronstroller was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Anna the dental hygienist did a great job and gave great tips!"
"Dr. Pronstroller is #1 she's kind and skillful she deserves a raise definitely. Please let her know how wonderful she's doing Thank You so much!"
"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. If you aren’t interested in reading the full review I’ll give you the main points now. 1. I waited 1.5 hours to be even called back for a routine cleaning. The people I came in with had left out while I still sat in the lobby. 2. They had me stick my own finger in my mouth in order to take the X Rays. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNETHICAL. 3. After such a bad experience, I requested to have my X-rays sent to me and they assured me they would send them. 3 days went by and NOTHING. I then called to ask for them to send and they proceeded to question me on why I wanted them for my own medical records. This was my first and last time visiting Total Long Beach dental care. I booked this appointment in advance assuming upon arrival I would wait maybe 10-15 minutes before being seen. I figured that if they happened to be running behind maybe I would wait a maximum of 30 min before being seen. I instead have been waiting 1.5 hrs for a regular ROUTINE teeth cleaning. This establishment is so unprofessional and instead of thinking about providing the optimal patient experience they instead are focused on over booking their schedule for financial reasons. I had x-rays taken of my teeth and NEVER in my life have I been asked to stick my fingers in my mouth in order to take X-ray photos. The assistant had me hold the sensor in order to take X-rays, exposing me to radiation unnecessarily. I wasn’t given any gloves. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to wash my hands. I honestly am still in disbelief. I was told I would receive a copy of my x rays in 24 hours and I hadn’t received anything. I called them to follow up and after putting me on hold I was asked “what do you need them for?” Eventually then sent them to me and the next day I received an email with them again telling me they couldn’t send it because their system was down. How? They sent them after I called the day before. I guess it’s easier to lie than take accountability. Patient satisfaction is beyond an after thought. Multiple people were booked for the same time slot knowing that they do not have the capacity nor the staff to fulfill the services needed. This was such a disservice to me and my time. I had planned my day around this appointment and this caused me to miss a very important meeting because of their horrible time management and staff issues. Who would think they would need to block off 3-4 hours for a routine cleaning but that is what Total Long Beach dental care expected of me. They did not even have the courtesy of letting me know that they are running behind schedule until 40 minutes had passed and all they said was sorry it’ll be only a couple more minutes. This prevented my ability to decide for myself if it was worth staying. Instead I was mislead that they would be calling me back in just a second. There is also clearly a lack of supplies and care for the patient. Exposure for radiation because they don’t have bite guards on hand or aren’t properly trained. If you value your time and health please steer clear of this establishment unless you have 3.5 hours of time to waste and love unneeded radiation exposure. This establishment has an innumerable lack of consideration. I will not be returning."
