Soon thereafter X-rays were taken and a diagnosis was made.I was informed of what needed to be done (a deep cleaning) and after working out matters related to payment for services that would be rendered, the doctor completed my treatment. Overall I was treated in a very courteous manner and professional manner."

"This review is for their front office and scheduling practices . I called - they scheduled me. I show up on that day, and whoopsies - they cannot find my appointment. I had to reschedule for another day (when I already had taken the day off). When I asked them to apologize or show any remorse, they said they had no recollection and thus would not apologize. The Dentist told me, it wasn't his fault! (ahem) Sir, is it not your staff? Do you not hire them? Then recently, they cancelled my appointment which has been scheduled more than 1+ week. BTW if you cancel an appointment they charge YOU - so it's kinda a one way street here where they do not hold themselves accountable for mess-ups. It's honestly very stressful making an appointment as it hasn't been smooth 50% of the time; pretty high fail rate. It's the most disorganized front office I've ever dealt with. If you can bear that in mind then everyone is nice as long as things are smooth sailing."
