"I wasn’t pleased with this particular visit because I could not get my teeth clean as expected. My appointment had been cancelled twice prior to coming to the office so I really needed my teeth to be cleaned. The receptionist’s attitude I found not very pleasing but whatever maybe she was having a bad day? But the hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning because the receptionist told me that my insurance would not pay for a deep cleaning which I know is not true. She said I would have to wait 4 weeks for until my insurance got back to your office. Since I’ve been coming to this office I have NEVER had a cleaning service not done! I was told I had to pay $175 really? I get 2 free cleanings a year. I’m very unhappy with your dental office at that s time I need for the office manager to contact me so I can discuss this further and get a true resolution to my issue. Thanks"
"Don’t waste your time and money at this dental office. Some people that work there don’t care about the customer. It’s all about the money there. They don’t make you feel comfortable or very welcomed. At first it was solid, I swear it was chill, but there are some people that work there that need to work on there customer service, how they talk and communicate with people. I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by some individuals at this location and how I was talked to and treated as a man. I would never come back or recommend anyone do business with this office!!!"
