"Went into the his store tonight because I really loved the outfit in the window display and wanted to purchase it. There was no one working in the store and I was literally wandering around for 10 minutes calling out “Hello?!” In every room with no answer. Finally, a girl came out of a back room, unconcerned that she had left the store unattended. She didn’t say anything about not being on the floor. I then asked her if she had the outfit in the store and she pointed and said “it’s right there.” There was only one top in a size large and she said that was all they had. I asked if I could buy the one on the mannequin and she said that she “was not allowed to take things off the displays” which was odd to me. I have been a manager in retail for 6 years and have happily taken items off the mannequins for the customers. Bummed out by the customer service in this shop and felt it was unacceptable."
