"My first time with Dr. FONG and after have been OK, BUT, HIS STAFF IS A PIECE OF ART!! THEY NEGATE ANY SATISFACTION WITH THE DENTIST!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0, I WOULD DON'T EXPECT THEM TO BE IN BUSINESS ANY LONGER!! AS RUDE AS THEY COME!!! DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR GO ELSEWHERE!!!"

"Was happy until the Dr. literally made up a "required" $500.00 scan that insurance won't cover to be able to do my extractions, because he didn't want the hastle of the dentures I will need,I'm denti-cal, so not worth his time better used on more profitable cases."

"As a new patient, they are money grabbers. I'm decent at taking care of my health and believe in prevention. I have no major issues with my teeth, especially in the past (no root canals, no cavities, no braces etc.), other than your occasional gum inflammation and reminder to floss. I just wanted a place where I can get my checkups and maintenance cleaning, as I have done numerous times in the past. the doctor noticed i don't need any major changes and no surgeries, so he suggested laser therapy for cleaning. 140$ out of pocket, that's FCKIN hefty but ok fine - just a one time thing, my gums won't bleed for the cleaning process. well, come for my second appt, the office/doctor wants to do 140$ laser therapy EVERY TIME. laser therapy is a luxury and NOT needed for maintenance cleaning. i told the office this, and all they could say was "doctor recommended it." ok, if it's recommended - i don't want it. and if i don't want it, they basically would NOT treat me for regular, normal clean (they apparently offer regular clean - but not to me?? because the doctor didn't recommend it??) - as it states that maintenance cleaning is within my insurance. dental is not considered medical insurance, so whatever they suggest out of pocket is just business. which is ridiculous because i have dental insurance that covers maintenance at the very least. places like these only want your money and business. i walked out of that office - feeling grimey, and switched to another group. be vigilant and autonomous with your health! don't let these "businesses" just take your money because they recommend it. these ppl do not advocate for your prevention health."

"The dentist does a decent job. But his bedside manner is not good at all! He doesn't check if you're satisfied before heading off to the next patient. Let alone Say bye. You feel like you're on an assembly line. I'm spending my hard earned money I expect at the very least satisfactory service. Also please ask first if you can have a trainee on you or watch the process. It's very evasive have multiple people standing over you when your already nervous. Ask first! You can tell the person working on you isn't experienced."

They explained everything to me step by step and always tried the best for my teeth. I recommend this place to all my friends and family, extremely professional team. always grateful to them. they are very honest, If you are looking for a place where they listen to you and help based on your needs, this is the place."
