"Dr Sumenko is the best! Our family has been going to her for about 4 years, and I have to say, every part of the experience has been really good. Firstly she has a great heart and is a very kind soul. She has a great way of communicating whatever the dental issue is, what she would like to do and how she will do it. She explains all the options and prices, and is extremely cost conscious- always working for the patient’s best interests. She is really good with children. My daughter sometimes was scared and Dr Sumenko was either able to coax her gently to accept the treatment or let us know that we don’t have to do it now, and try again another time. With my top front teeth, over the years they had small chips and were uneven on the bottom edge. A previous dentist tried to sell me on veneers for a few thousand $$, telling me it’s better to do it now because it’s only going to get worse. This would have involved grinding my good teeth down to stumps. I said no. Dr Sumenko had a better idea- she said she could easily just grind the bottom edges until they were straight. I said go ahead. It only too 5 minutes, no pain, and now I have almost perfect straight teeth. I’m so happy. I wish I would have done this years ago!!"
