"Where do I begin? The rude front desk receptionist acts like she is a know-it-all, when in fact she didn't even take time to LISTEN to me when I said twice that I already have my xrays from yesterday at another dental practice which had no appointments to begin my treatments until three months. Now, I understand why this clinic had available appointments sooner, just as soon as this rude receptionist named Ivette or Ivetta kept talking over me. Now, thanks to her, I'm seeking my dental care elsewhere."
"I had scheduled a routine cleaning and x-ray here about a year ago. The lady who is the x-ray technician is also the front desk billing person. She was incredibly rude and hostile and tried to coerce me into doing a deep cleaning on the spot, which I refused because I had had it done less than a year before. She overbilled my Dental PPO and charged for deep cleaning services that were not performed. She CYAed by telling me that she would be calling my services by a different name, and that that is what would appear on my bill, but that I should have no balance. It turned out that they billed beyond my maximum coverage for the year, and I did end up with a balance. After being on the phone with CIGNA, I filed a complaint with the California dental board. I’m posting this review a year later to caution people. Do not sign anything here. They will doctor documents and make it look like you signed off on a false dental payment plan. Dr. Raff, who actually did my routine, standard cleaning, and his assistant, were both really great, skilled, and gentle. Hence the two stars."
"SCAMMERS RUDE, WILL SCREAM AT YOU OVERBILLS INSURANCE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, CLEANING WAS BELOW AVERAGE I went here for a cleaning and new x rays. I booked with them because they take my insurance and I mentioned this when I made the appointment. My exam was extremely basic. I don't even think they had me wash my mouth out with listerine. The dentist was not who I thought I called to book with but they were nice so I thought nothing of it. BIG MISTAKE. I ended up getting a bill from my PPO insurance company saying I need to pay 300$ in overages for my basic cleaning. I called the company and they said they were confused because it seems the office overfilled for the average cost of a cleaning and took 3 or 4 additional X-rays resulting in this overfilling that I was now responsible for. When I called the office to ask why this happened the woman was extremely rude and yelled at me saying she did nothing wrong and there is no such thing as overages or having to pay my insurance company to pay them. She said "there is no such thing you don't have to pay, don't pay it" I told her about the average cost and the additional x rays, she swore they were all needed and they did nothing wrong. After a second call where she screamed at me like I'm some moron again. She said she would file an amendment to the claim. That was in June, it's not November. I'm going to file a grievance against this office through my PPO insurance provider."
"Customer service warning ! ! I recently called my dental provider and asked to switch to Z Dental Group. When calling to schedule my first appointment. I was extremely surprised with how rude the front office lady was over the phone. It's unfortunate I will need to search for a new dental office. I hope the dental work is more professional then the front desk."
"The Dentist and front desk staff were not just flexible and friendly but also knowledgeable and efficient. They considered my special request and gave me an appointment even on weekend in short time. The dentist took time and provided thorough analysis about my teeth. Highly recommend. And would definitely choose this place for further treatment."
