Added benefit - the office overlooks Marina and the ocean view calms my dental jitters!"

"1 star for simple fact it's impossible to get appointment. What dentist only open 3 days a week. Serious!! Hours are so scattered makes zero sense. Maybe I got spoiled from other dentist offices that open 5 days a week with normal hours. Possibly he only caters to those that don't work have endless supply of cash. Well common person such as myself And probably say most of MDR don't have that luxury. So if you enjoy taking a day off losing money to fit this office schedule then go for it."

"The Doctor is nice which is why it's 2 stars and not 1. My issues could be from extremely incompetent front office staff but I'm rather annoyed with my only 2 experiences with this office. The first time I made an appointment for a cleaning, I went in and they insisted I get xrays before the cleaning and then said that they didn't have time to do the deep cleaning necessary. Fast forward a year and a half. I call to setup an appointment for a deep cleaning. Of course the person is only available twice a week still so I have to schedule a day that isn't the best for me. 2 days prior they call me and tell me they're going to have to xray again and get an approval for the deep cleaning. I said that it was fine as long as it could be done in 1 session. Yet again, I'm told that they wouldn't have time to do the cleaning, only the xray. I moved 15 miles away(which as you know could be an hour or more) and I'm NOT driving there just for an xray to then have to schedule the cleaning I called about in the first place. I don't get what's so hard about doing an xray and cleaning in a single sitting. I will be finding a new dentist. This is ridiculous!"

"Dr. Sam is a great dentist and a better man. I've been going to Dr. Sam's for over 10 years, and although I moved over 30 miles away over 5 years ago, he is still my preferred dentist."
