Amazon claims they never received either product even though I came in and went through the return process with Staples. Pay the extra dollar and do it at UPS."

"I had a good and a bad experience in the printing area. Shane did an excellent job of making a stamp for me. However, when I went to pick it up, a woman helped me and then Shane stepped in to assist since it was busy. The woman's cash register was out of paper. Shane asked me to follow him to get the receipt at the front desk. Then the woman said she would take care of it after I had already walked to the front desk. I guess she thought I was a ping pong ball bouncing back and fourth. I let her know what I thought of her customer service. It was not good. This woman could use more customer service training. She is running off business."
