"The first experience was Amazing for my two youngest children they set up an appointment the next day for my oldest two which went great as well. We then set up an appointment for my second to oldest to get two fillings and her mouth still hurts from the dental work and I planned on letting them know at her next appointment in a couple days and today I got a message that she will no longer see my children because I told them that I live out of town and have to bring all my children when I come and they agreed it was fine the message was saying I was angry when I left which is not true. I was a little upset that they told me children are not allowed at a children's dentist but we came to an agreement on that. We'll atleast I thought so if you have other children who can't be home alone or you have to take with you this office is not for you or I."

"Taking a toddler in to see the dentist is just not the best experience. But Dr. Rolfes and her staff are incredible. All the toys, books, and patience they had will have me bringing him for as long as we live in Bakersfield. Recently visited Dr. Rolfes again Editing the review because I saw another bad review over a play area with no supervision provided. Like what? You're the parent. Supervise your kids?"

"DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE! The Dentist was the most rude and vile human being. My autistic daughter was scheduled for her very first dentist appointment, I fell ill the night before Had to reschedule and sent a text message. She calls me, tells me I’m getting charged, doesn’t allow me to reschedule and hangs up. Then screens my calls until I called blocked and she answered the first time. She literally said “Yes I’m a horrible person” admitting she was being rude. Wow! She refused to allow me to speak with anyone besides her to get things resolved…DO NOT GO THERE!"

"As others have stated, they definitely have an amazing play area but... I have to say they are so nice to kids and adjust what they're doing to help a child feel more secure. I took all 4 of mine here over the last 2 days and am so thankful I found this dentist. I definitely recommend taking your child to her. The kids get to watch something while they are in the chair. They have lots of little toys that can be held. My three boys weren't that nervous but my daughter was and she held a little squish toy."

"My autistic daughter did not want to get a filling or sealants on her molars. So she was ok going in for a "cleaning" and they were able to do everything. I was able to hold my daughter's hands and keep her relaxed. They have a whole play kitchen and toy trains. This is the BEST kids dentist EVER!!! She also does evening and Saturday and Sunday appointments. It eorks so well for me as a working mother. Even if your child is nit autistic, your child will want to go to the dentist all the time just to play."
