"made an appointment to get my nails done at 5 pm (my father made it for my because he knows i work a lot and haven't been able to pamper myself). walked in. asked for a full set with french tips. the woman started doing DIP nails, no french tips, was extremely rude hitting my hand with her hand and glaring at me because i couldn't point my fingers down (not relaxed at all. she wanted me to strain my fingers downwards, i also have a seizure disorder and cannot hold my hands COMPLETELY still/shake very mildly which i made them aware of). after i realized she was doing a very thin dip acrylic with no french i asked for them to be shaped like ovals. she completely ignored me and my friend as we both told her. she refused to listen and i ended up with these. teeeivle service and very rude workers. never again. the experience actually left me never wanting acrylics again"

"This is what I was sent out with. Very poor job. Will never return to this place. Used dirty tools on my nails and could not understand what I was saying. Do not recommend this place for nail polish manicures. Very disappointed with the outcome. And made me pay up front before she had even done my nails. Quite embarrassing had to go to other salon to get them done right. Will be in contact with the board!"
