"Dr. Fayhe was awesome! He was knowledgeable, had tact, & made me feel comfortable. My surgery was scheduled during a time when we had terrible inclement weather & I was sure they would reschedule, but I was soooooo grateful that he was able to make it to the hospital and perform my procedure despite those conditions. Dr. Fayhe didn’t know, but I didn’t have a great experience with my previous doctor. So much so, I didn’t trust him to do my surgery. I was disappointed when my previous doctor called and canceled my surgery, but also relieved. The previous doctor was rude & lacked tact. I literally cried during/after my appointment. Dealing with Dr. Fayhe was like a breath of fresh air. He was attentive and knowledgeable. Now I’m home & healing. I’d also like to add that I have been able to contact Dr. Fayhe post op with questions and he returned my call and answered them with no problem although their facility is closed due to weather conditions. I appreciate everyone involved with this process from the staff at Dr. Fayhe’s office to the hospital ‼️♥️♥️ God had his hands all over this situation. Thankful! #roadtorecovery"

"Everything was great except my experience itself with the doctor. I was asked my symptoms by Dr. Waggoner and he simply made me feel like I was lying about my symptoms. I previously seen a doctor there last year. Which I have no complains about Dr. Jones he was great. And I wish I just went back to him. I been dealing with soo much pain and for me having to take the same medication I took since other issues while dealing with neck pain it didn’t help. My doctor tried different things in July which I end up having to take them again and they didn’t work. Point is I don’t know what’s wrong with these doctors trying to get you end and out and not actually listen to the patients concerns and not having the opportunity to really ask questions is crazy. It was the him not believing my symptoms, not being able to ask questions, or really explaining my diagnosis. Looking at last year diagnosed that rules me out for everything I need to have surgery. I feel like he treating me for what got ruled out last year and I’m not understanding because I had no injury on my neck Or maybe he could’ve elaborated more. Maybe i caught him at a bad day the reviews are good but I didn’t get the experience they received. Which doesn’t matter I want be returning."
