"I've been a patient of Dr. Wong for about 3 years. I took all my family to see him for our dental cares. However, when I had a dental emergency, my crown fell, I called him, I emailed him, and the following day early in the morning I went to see him for a quick evaluation and a plan. First thing he said was that he was not going to see me. Then he told me that he got my messages. However, he did not take 2 minutes of his day to respond back to my email or call me in the morning to let me know at least some options for possible appointments. He refused to see me when I insisted to be seen for a quick evaluation at that moment, saying, "my other patients are also important." This was the most unprofessional, careless attitude I have experienced in my life. Later he texted me that his 3 pm patient cancelled and I could take the appointment at 3 pm. Well, it was too late already after the "pleasant" encounter with him in the morning. In the evening I went to see my dentist friend who took only 5 minutes to take a look at the tooth, polish it to make the surface smoother, and scheduled an appointment for a detailed evaluation in the future. Dr. Wong, with all due respect, when your patients call/email/show up with emergencies, simply take 5 minutes of your precious time and assess the situation and suggest an appointment for a detailed assessment/treatment later. I am certain patients would not mind to wait extra 5 minutes for a regular cleaning. Everyone has emergencies. Giving 1 star because not reliable during emergencies, otherwise good care and service for regular cleanings."

"Dr. Michael Wong has been my dentist since 2015 and I highly recommend him. I rarely write reviews but he is highly deserving of praise. My teeth and gums have been in great condition since he became my dentist. He never tries to make money by insisting I do unnecessary procedures. My previous dentist was notorious for this. His office is very clean and he runs it extremely efficiently. He expects his patients to be on time for appointments, and he is always punctual as well. He is friendly, cares about his patients and hires great people to support him. Parking is free and easy if you walk a few blocks over near 14th St on California Avenue."

"One of the great things about Dr. Wong is that he is always available for emergencies. There were a couple of time that I had to go in before my scheduled appointment and Dr. Wong made room in his schedule for me. I like his professionalism and his dedication to dentistry."

Grueling procedures that would have paralyzed me with terror have gone smoothly and painlessly -- even the much-dreaded needle didn't hurt! I enthusiastically recommend his services to my friends."

"I'm a nervous dental patient. Dr. Wong takes his time and makes sure that I feel comfortable. He's very careful and does not rush through anything. He always tells me what he's going to do, before he does it, and makes sure that I am always comfortable. I really like that he wears loupes (magnifying glasses) and uses a specialized digital camera to see your teeth better, to perform more-precise work and to make sure that he is always giving the best possible dental work. He starts and ends appointments on time, and the billing is always very organized and straight forward. He seems to only take one patient at a time typically. When I arrive, he always greets me by name, and he has a very warm and calming presence."
