"This is the worst company I've dealt with. Items suppose to be shipped for my son's medical needs MONTHLY and for some reason they are always out of the items! What's worse is the fact if the order is not filled because it's backed logged you don't get the items once they are back in Stock. You are told well it's a new month."

"I called Monday morning because my breathing machine was not working probably. Their system so assured me when it came up they would call. Which they did several hours later, they stated they would call when they were on the way that was Monday. No machine so Tuesday I am still waiting for the phone call. So once i got home from work I called to see if the part was goibg to be delivered. She stated they deliver based on zip code. So I stated I called Monday she said does not matter when you call they deliver by zip code. I just called to see if it was goibg to be delivered she stated that they hadn't go the list yet I needed to call back. So annoyed!!!!!"

"I chose to use this company to fill my prescription for a breast pump. I based my decision solely on the "claim" that they deliver within 48 hours. They do not in fact deliver in 48 hours. I called 48 hours after they received my prescription and not only had it not been sent, but they had done absolutely NOTHING with my prescription. I regret using this company. I would not recommend them."
