"Family had consult. They said two days and we would get a call with estimates for full dentures. That was before Christmas, still not any word or attempt to contact us. Payed out of pocket for visit and would pay cash for new dentures. Dentist kept trying to talk us into implants! Finally had to firmly refuse. Family members current upper denture plate broke causing discomfort and pain. Just wanted to replace old with new. This office has yet to contact with estimate. We will take our business elsewhere. Just wanted to keep business local and support our community. Huge disappointment."
