"I never write bad reviews but I feel this is warranted. Owner was 40 minutes late for my blowout. I just asked for just to just change it to a hot tools appt because I was now an hour late and had a tight schedule.. I hadn’t brushed out my hair because I thought I was going to get a blow out. She didn’t even brush out my hair. I had to ask, can you brush out my hair. The curling iron had another persons hair stuck to it. There were bags everywhere, extensions coming out of the drawers. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Three of my friends had services on the same day with Samantha and we all had similar experiences."

"Run away from this place as fast as you can. I was so excited to get my hair + makeup done for a wedding last weekend. My experience was awful and I hope I can save others the money and stress. 1. The actual salon was dirty. It was dark, messy, and literally hair extensions hanging from the drawers. When she was curling my hair there was other people's hair stuck on the curling iron. That alone was not worth the money - not a relaxing, spa like environment AT ALL. 2. I asked for a braid to keep the hair out of my face and it looks like my 5 year old did the braid. I had to take the braids out and have a friend do them before the wedding. 3. Makeup - This was a whole different disaster. She was pulling make-up out of various places around the studio. A shopping bag, a bin on the floor, shuffling around in various bags. It was so unorganized. My eye make-up was not blended at all and the eye liner was so uneven and shaky. Again, had to redo it when I got back to my hotel. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS A TOTAL WASTE."
