"Nothing worse than having a busy schedule, showing up to your hair appointment and the doors being locked. All this made worse that they require pre-paid service. Given their niche as an expensive hair salon in SB, you would expect they at least show up to your scheduled appointment. Don't tend to write negative reviews but I'm a strong proponent of giving honest customer feedback to make businesses better. This is a big fail on their part. Lot's of other great places to get your hair cut in SB."
