"One of the most shambolic experiences I've ever encountered trying to receive healthcare. Run, do not walk, away from this practice. My visit was with Dr. Adamolekun, he wrote a single prescription for pregabalin which I couldn't even get filled because, when my pharmacy tried reaching out to verify basic information about my prescription, neither he nor the practice could be reached after more than a week of trying."

"On today, April 14, 2022 he visited Dr. Elahi at the Cordova office went totally wrong. We arrived at 10:15a for a 10:30a appointment. We arrived early for sure because our first visit March 16, 2022 we arrived at 10:20 and we were turned away and given today's appointment. With No empathy that he was in a wheelchair with No mobility. Today we were not called to the back until after 11:00a. Triage complete by Kim by 11:05a. We did not see Dr. Elahi untill 12:40p. When he entered the room with the excuse that he was looking over his case and felt that he should see his previous Dr. My husband was so upset that he let him know it. He did not feel appreciated and down right disrespected. We were there for another opinion. We feel that this should not be charged to himself or to Medicaid CIGNA Healthsprings. On behalf of my husband, Clifford Hoskins. 9/25/1967, has Spinocerebellar Ataxia. This hereditary debilitating disease has taken a mental toll on him. It has taken his ability to walk, use his hands, talk, and is in terrible back/body pain/spasms."

"Rekha Pillai is the worst doctor I've ever experienced. As a woman and as a woman of color, it's disheartening to have had this encounter. She's arrogant and overtalks you; I guarantee she does not handle white patients in that manner. I left a message for her office once and no call back. She prescribed me the generic medication and I read later it wasn't as effective as the actual medication which tells me more how she views people of color. She had an attitude (she keep an attitude) because I requested a copy of my MRI results. I plan to cancel my future appointment and NEVER go back to this place again. Her nurse, on the other hand, is very kind and the only reason I didn't leave."

"The doctors are great. My issue is scheduling. First visit, great - but follow up for an urgent EMG was 5 weeks. Then less than 2 days before my appointment they called to reschedule, said the doc was scheduled for rounds at the hospital. So 6 weeks later - for an urgent EMG - I waited 6 weeks more. I asked to be put on the call list in case of a cancellation..never was, as each time I called I was told they could put me on the list. But I'm on the list. Nope, they said I wasn't. The next appointment was rescheduled by them also for the same issue. A doctor on rounds at a hospital and they have to reschedule all his appointments? After waiting weeks you have to wait more weeks? That is absurd. Medical records department has not ever returned phone calls. Not one of my calls was returned. My attorney has requested records twice from them...over two months later and still waiting. I think I'll transfer to the Neurology Clinic down the hall from them. Saw them years ago and better run practice. Curse my doctor for sending me here. It is sad because Dr. Chai is very thorough but not worth the wait, the hassle, or overall unprofessional attitude of the office staff. Not a way to run a practice. Edit. After posting this, several weeks later a man called about my review and wanted to know what he could do to get me to change it. I told him details of what happened and that the records I needed finally got to my attorney 2 days before my hearing only after threats were made. I'm not going to change my review because a new person comes in to try to rectify things. Until you show you've improved your staff, folks still need to know how incompetent your staff was in handling things in my situation."

"I recently called them to pay my bill with a credit card. They charged the card 6 times for the amount. I have called to have corrected and they said don’t worry the additional charges will drop off as they are pending. This did not happen, after numerous additional calls and they promised to investigate and call me back (which never happened) I called my CC Co. and asked for the charges to be disputed and reversed. They were promptly reversed. I will not be going back to this clinic."
