"Dr Jones and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Going under anesthesia is never easy but I must say I felt very little anxiety. I first visited the office for bone grafting 2023 and January 2024 finally returned for two implants. I was overwhelmed and nervous about the healing process simply because I wasn’t sent home with a prescription for pain pills and it’s been 36 hrs since procedure and all I have taken is 3 Tylenol. I’m so grateful that I wasn’t overwhelmed with what can happen, knowing that if I had any questions or concerns they were just a phone call away. I appreciate her confidence in herself!! "I would recommend Dr. Bienstock for your implant needs. I'm very happy with the customer service and quality of work I received from him and his staff for my front tooth implant. He's pleasant, genuine, and handles business, which I found to be reassuring when your going through this degree of dental work. I was not allowed a sedative on surgery day because I didn't have a ride set up, which was not mentioned in advance, so that was a bit frustrating but made it through the surgery fine and it wasn't too bad being 100% present. Also glad I opted for no anesthesia, per his recommendation, because of the $ savings and it wasn't too bad overall. When I got knocked in the face with my temporary they we're quick to get me in for a check up and tighten things up."
